Many people who look at celebrity weight loss plans and workout plans wonder if they will be able to pull it off. Of course, there is always the chance that they might not be able to do it. They could try every diet and exercise regimen in the book and still not lose the weight that they want to. However, for those who have a bit more time and patience, they are often able to follow through with the plans and make it work.

For those who can't stop thinking about how they will ever be able to look the way that they want to, and for those who have been dreaming about what it would be like to go on tour and perform in front of millions of people, then it is time to try out the weight loss program that the well-known Italian actor and singer, Andrea Bocelli, are using. He recently did a live stream interview on Duomo Cathedral's website, and you can watch it below. In the hour long interview, which you can also view on YouTube and other video sharing websites, Bocelli discussed everything from healthy eating to exercise to how he got rid of cellulite.

Bocelli explained how he lost weight after losing about 30 pounds by following an online weight loss program. He said that he was able to do so because he took a break from acting and focusing solely on his weight loss goals. The singer also explained why he thinks a lot of people fail when it comes to their weight loss efforts. Instead of listening to dietitian and nutritionists tell them what foods to eat and how much to eat, he prefers to listen to someone who knows him better.

When asked about his meal plans for this spring, Bocelli said that he would eat healthy, but he would also take a walk before dinner and consume fruit after every two hours. He also admitted that he sometimes finds it difficult to stick to a healthy diet because he cannot resist snacks between songs, and he usually ends up eating a candy bar during a song. As for exercise, he would usually do walks in the morning and evenings, but he would not commit to doing any rigorous exercises during the week. One thing to keep in mind about this singer weight loss program, though, is that he continues to eat a small amount of food every five hours during the week.

The singer also revealed some details about his and Andrea Bocelli's weight loss plan for the upcoming summer and fall months. During the interview, he explained that he will be performing live on several occasions this summer and that he will also be giving several interviews about his regimen. In addition to being the guitarist for AC/DC, Bocelli is also an actor, so he will likely appear in a few movies during the year. On top of all of this, Bocelli also confirmed that he will be participating in and hosting an upcoming charity event called "The People's Choice Award" that will benefit a number of different causes, including cancer research, AIDS organizations, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

As for what specific concerts and events he will be performing at during the coming months, details are still sketchy at this time. No word yet about whether or not he will be performing live at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, Ohio during the month of June. Additionally, no word yet on whether or not he will also be joining forces with Mark Ritchie and Chic Cudder for a concert series at New York City's John Lawrence Center. Keep in mind that these are merely rumors, though, as nothing has been confirmed by either Bocelli or his reps as of this writing. We will have more on the concerts and other activities/happenings as they become more concrete, so stay tuned!

For now, we can only hope that Bocelli will make it to a few of these concerts and also join forces with other celebrities to raise awareness for a number of terrible diseases. By all accounts, he looks set to do just that, so keep your eyes peeled for any updates on his weight loss efforts. And if you happen to live in New York, be sure to attend this year's "Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum" and "AC/DC: Live at the Woodstock Music & Arts Festival." You won't regret it!
